Exquisite Stone offers an array of options for countertop materials in both natural stone and manmade quartz products. These options can be explored through our website (link) or by visiting our showroom.

Where can I go to view material?

Exquisite Stone maintains a stock of a selection of popular granites. We can also refer you to one of our preferred vendors to view additional pieces. If there is something specific you have in mind, we'll help you find it.

Do you have material in stock?

Exquisite Stone maintains stock of a selection of popular granites. We will assist with any custom selections by recommending a visit to one of our preferred vendors.

How can I compare the benefits of one material versus another?

Each countertop material has its own pros and cons, benefits and challenges. For more information on specific materials please visit our products page.

How long will my project take?

From template to installation, Exquisite Stone strives to maintain a lead-time of approximately two weeks. Our upgraded technology and efficient process allow us to complete your project quickly and with maximum efficiency.

What is Exquisite Stone's process?

How do I get an estimate?

Exquisite Stone will provide a complimentary estimate for any materials and colors that you may find interesting. All we need is a rough drawing of your space with dimensions and any additional specifications that are requested. This drawing can be dropped off at our showroom, emailed to info@exquisitestone.com, or faxed to 763.633.3500.

What about sinks?

Exquisite Stone offers an extensive selection of kitchen, bar, and vanity sinks to make your shopping experience quick and efficient. Please see link for more information. However, you may also provide your own sink if you prefer.

Do I have to buy a sink from Exquisite Stone?

No. If there is a particular sink you prefer, we will request that the sink be onsite for our template so that the make/model number can be confirmed.

I have a special/custom request for my countertops; how do I confirm that they will be cut the way I want them?

Exquisite Stone uses advanced digital systems to create and fabricate all countertops. As part of this process, you will have an opportunity to work with our design tech to customize your countertop design and layout. Please see link for more information.

How do I ensure that my preferred parts of a slab are maximized in my layout?

Our design tech will work with you to maximize the use of the parts you love, and minimize the parts you aren’t so crazy about. The charm of natural stone is its unpredictable pattern, and we will work to either feature or limit this aspect as you prefer.

What are your showroom hours?

Do I need an appointment to stop by?

You may stop by any time during our normal showroom hours without an appointment. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment if you are coming to view a specific material or slab. Special appointments outside normal hours are available by request.

Do you offer any other services besides countertops?

Yes. We offer materials and products for not only kitchens, baths and bars, but also fireplace surrounds, tables, window ledges, outdoor kitchens, fire tables, lazy susans, and many other projects. Bring your imagination and we'll make it happen.

Will Exquisite Stone reconnect my plumbing?

We are not licensed plumbers, but the area will be ready for a plumber when our crew is finished.
